THE PRICES LISTED ARE VALID FOR THE FIRST SEVEN DAYS. WE GRANT A 10% DISCOUNT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL WEEK.

The prices include:

• rent,
  

• gas,
  

• electricity,
  

• cleaning (once a week),
  

• bed linen,
  

• towels,
  

• table cloths,
  

• complete kitchen equipment and dishes.

* The prices do not include sojourn tax in the amount of 7 HRK per person per day in high season.
For children from 12 to 18 years of age the sojourn tax is 50% of the full amount, and children under 12 are exempt from paying it.
10% VAT is included in the price.

Note:

For the reservation to be successful, a down payment in the amount 20% of the entire price must be paid. The payment can be made to the following bank account:
